Trips are for Members only and are announced at monthly meetings.

Individual Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  • There will be a refund for a trip only if the trip chair is notified 30 days before the trip. If the canceling party obtains a replacement, it is their responsibility to notify the trip chair of the change prior to the trip.

Our Procedure

Trips are for Members only.

  • Each trip attendee will be required to sign a waiver prior to the trip.

  • Trip payment by check is due at time of making reservation.

  • Sign up  "first come, first served" based upon receipt of your signed check and completed waiver.

  • The initial announcement of a trip will be at the monthly meeting. 

  • All changes to or cancellations of a trip will be announced in the News on our homepage.
