Trips are for Members only and are announced at monthly meetings.

Individual Cancellation and Refund Policy
There will be a refund for a trip only if the trip chair is notified 30 days before the trip. If the canceling party obtains a replacement, it is their responsibility to notify the trip chair of the change prior to the trip.

Our Procedure
Trips are for Members only.
Each trip attendee will be required to sign a waiver prior to the trip.
Trip payment by check is due at time of making reservation.
Sign up "first come, first served" based upon receipt of your signed check and completed waiver.
The initial announcement of a trip will be at the monthly meeting.
All changes to or cancellations of a trip will be announced in the News on our homepage.
