Individual Cancellation and Refund Policy 

A refund will be issued only if the trip chair is notified at least 30 days in advance. If a replacement is found, the canceling participant must notify the trip chair of the change before the trip.

 Trips are for Members only

  • Each trip attendee will be required to sign a waiver prior to the trip.

  • Trip payment by check is due at time of making reservation.

  • Sign up  "first come, first served" based upon receipt of your signed check and completed waiver.

  • The initial announcement of a trip will be at the monthly meeting. 

  • All changes to or cancellations of a trip will be announced in the News on our homepage.
